Dr. Thienna is challenging the current record of 4,656 squats in one hour. The event will be held at the San Francisco State University Basketball Gymnasium.

LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Full Performance Fitness Inc. has signed a deal with new Detroit Red Wings defenseman Garrett Stafford. Garrett is a Los Angeles native, but played in the northeast growing up.
