Padilla Bill to Criminalize Cell Phones in California Prisons Moves Forward
SACRAMENTO, Calif. /California Newswire/ -- Senate Bill 26, authored by Senator Alex Padilla (D-Pacoima), was approved by the Assembly Appropriations Committee Thursday with unanimous bipartisan support.
