Calif. Governor Brown Announces Appointments for Nov. 28, 2012 to Regional Water Quality Control Boards
SACRAMENTO, Calif. /California Newswire/ -- Calif. Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced the following appointments: First, Monica Samaniego Hunter, 63, of Los Osos, has been appointed to the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board, where she has served since 2005. Hunter has been director of research at PAST Foundation since 2010 and has served as the central coast watersheds program manager at the Planning and Conservation League Foundation since 2004.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. /California Newswire/ — Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced the following appointments: First, Bruce Delgado, 50, of Marina, has been appointed to the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board. Delgado has been the mayor of the City of Marina since 2008. He has worked as a botanist for the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management since 1988. This position requires Senate confirmation and the compensation is $100 per diem. Delgado is registered Green Party.
