Calif. Governor Brown Announces Appointments for May 17, 2012
SACRAMENTO, Calif. /California Newswire/ -- California Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. on Thursday announced the following appointments: First, Steve Beneto, 74, of Carmichael, has been appointed to the California Horse Racing Board. He has been president of Beneto Inc. since 1979. Beneto was a member of the California State Fair and Exposition Board from 2000 to 2004 and 2005 to 2011.
