Governor Gavin Newsom today announced the following appointments: First, Glynnis Vaughan, of Sacramento, has been appointed Deputy Director of Public Affairs at the California Department of Cannabis Control. Vaughan has been Director of Partnerships & Engagement at Alacrity Canada since 2023.
