Christian country radioLOS ANGELES, Calif., Nov. 24, 2011 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Celebrating the holiday season, Sandra Piller will join her band The Wild Cards for a special “Country Christmas Dance Party” to benefit the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation (www.toysfortots.org). The event will take place on Sunday, December 11 at the Marina City Club in Marina del Rey, California.

The festivities will be hosted by Sandra Piller and her mom, actress Sandra Giles, and the evening will feature performances of hit songs from Piller’s latest album, “Days Like These,” as well as songs from such artists as Fleetwood Mac (“Say You Love Me”) and Linda Ronstadt (“Love is a Rose”).

An added attraction will be several numbers throughout the evening by the dance troupe Leba’s Dancers. They will be performing choreographed routines to some of Sandra’s songs. In addition, two special guest vocalists will be singing with Sandra, and DJ Stephen will be spinning country classics throughout the night’s merrymaking.

“This will be a night of good fun and good cheer,” Piller states, “with music, dancing, and food. There will also be plenty of photo opportunities,” she adds, “and we recommend you ‘dress to impress, country-style’ because we’ll be shooting pictures and video. We hope to see all of our friends here, and we’re all looking forward to making some new friends, too!”

When and Where:
The event is set for Sunday, December 11, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Marina City Club, located at 4333 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey, CA 90292. Appetizers will be served and there will be a no host bar. Valet parking is available. Admission is just $10.00 and guests will also need to bring one new unwrapped toy with a value of ten dollars to benefit Toys for Tots.
