SACRAMENTO, Calif. /California Newswire/ — On Monday, Calif. Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. announced that he has signed the following bills, including: AB 230 by Assemblymember Brian Maienschein (R-San Diego) – Youth athletic programs: background checks.
