Calif. Gov. Jerry BrownSACRAMENTO, Calif. /California Newswire/ — Today, Calif. Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. announced the following appointments to the California Law Revision Commission.

Taras Peter Kihiczak, 47, of Pacific Palisades, has been appointed to the California Law Revision Commission. Kihiczak has been a lawyer and shareholder at The Kick Law Firm APC since 1991 and a lawyer at Thelen Marrin Johnson and Bridges from 1989 to 1990. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. This position requires Senate confirmation and the compensation is $50 per diem. Kihiczak is a Democrat.

Susan Lee, 50, of Tiburon, has been appointed to the California Law Revision Commission. Lee served on the Law Revision Commission from 2003 to 2011. She has worked as a deputy attorney general and supervising deputy attorney general at the California Department of Justice since 1989. Lee earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. This position requires Senate confirmation and the compensation is $50 per diem. Lee is a Democrat.
