Brown Jr. announced the following appointments: First, Peter Luchetti, 57, of Sausalito, has been appointed to the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank Board of Directors. Luchetti has been founder and managing partner at Table Rock Capital since 2003. He held multiple positions at Bank of America Securities Inc. from 1992 to 2002, including global head of project and structured finance, U.S. head of communications and utilities and U.S. head of corporate finance.
Luchetti held multiple positions at Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association from 1984 to 1992, including head trader of distressed loan trading and global head of derivatives. He was a trader at J. Aron and Company of Goldman Sachs from 1979 to 1984. Luchetti is a member of the Bay Area Council Economic Institute Board of Directors. He earned a Master of Arts degree in economics and mathematics from Duke University. This position does not require Senate confirmation and the compensation is $100 per diem.
