SACRAMENTO, Calif. /California Newswire/ -- Calif. Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced the appointment of David A. Thompson as associate justice of the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division Three. Thompson, 55, of Costa Mesa, has served as a judge for the Orange County Superior Court since 1998.
