SYOSSET, N.Y. — Napco Asset Management Inc. and Packman Financial Inc. announced that they have completed their merger. The combined company will be known as PNiGlobal Partners Inc. Vincent Napolitano, Chief Executive Officer of Napco Asset Management and Michael Packman, Chief Executive Officer of Packman Financial will share responsibilities and serve as Co-Chief Executive Officers of PNiGlobal Partners.
