ORLANDO, Fla. — Dr. James T. Brown PMP, PE, a widely recognized project management authority and author, has earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation. Established in 1980, the CSP is the speaking profession’s international measure of speaking experience and excellence. Fewer than 10 percent of the National Speakers Association speakers hold this professional designation.
