MIAMI, Fla. — Gourmet Cuisine enthusiasts may now enjoy some of the finest Italian food and delicacies in Miami. At Bellini you will find delicious and simple Italian food that hopefully tastes as good as you remember from your last trip to Italy. The restaurant owner, Diego Ucciferri’s philosophy is as easy as it is straightforward – “use the best local ingredients as simply as possible and serve them with flourish and pleasure.” The name of the restaurant comes from the Bellini cocktail which was created in 1948 by legendary bar man Harry Cipriani for his friend, Ernest Hemingway, at Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy.

Originally made with fresh white peaches, cognac and champagne, the Bellini has gained popularity throughout the world. Bellini Italian Bistro continues the tradition, using only the freshest peaches available. Indeed, a complementary Bellini cocktail is offered to all frequent diners.
