ATLANTA, Ga. and NEW YORK, N.Y. — Alti, headquartered in Paris, with U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, is pleased to announce a joint venture with SAPBUREAU, part of the international ADA Software Group. This collaborative initiative launches a new North American organization called AltiSAP, with the goal of rapidly growing SAP-focused solutions and high-value services, particularly around Business Intelligence (BI) and NetWeaver (SAP’s strong technology platform), and to propagate the adoption of SAP enterprise software in medium-sized enterprises.

AltiSAP will draw on Alti’s extensive experience with SAP, including its Qualified SAP Partner Solutions for Mill Products, its All-in-One Straight preconfigured industry solutions, and other Alti business accelerators. AltiSAP will also benefit from Alti’s extensive employee base and client service experience as a mySAP Service Partner, SAP Gold Partner in CRM, SAP Silver Partner in BI, and Preferred Partner in NetWeaver.

AltiSAP will inherit SAPBUREAU’s focus on building business agility through SAP by using SAP NetWeaver’s Service Oriented Architecture. The ADA Software Group’s Rapid Transformation Methodology based on OMG’s open standards will be tailored to the SAP platform for creating web services that encapsulate the client organization’s differentiating factors.

Alti is an international computer services company with 1200+ employees focusing in three service areas: Information engineering; Enterprise systems implementation & integration, with a concentration on SAP; and general information technology consulting. Founded in 1995, Alti has rapidly grown both organically, and through strategic acquisitions. Cernum, acquired in 2006, is the SAP market leader in Belgium, particularly in BI, CRM and NetWeaver. Alti today is approaching US$ 200 million in revenues and is publicly traded on the NYSE Euronext Exchange under the symbol ALTI.

SAPBUREAU Services Worldwide, Inc. is a privately-held, SAP services firm that is part of the ADA Software Group, headquartered in Cologne, Germany, with international offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Sweden, India, Singapore and China, and worldwide sales exceeding US$ 50 million. The group, with 400+ employees, is very closely associated with the Object Management Group (OMG). SAPBUREAU is currently involved in an initiative to produce software for rapid migration of applications to SAP using OMG’s Model Driven Architecture, SOA and OMG’s Architecture Driven Modernization (ADM) methodology.
