Calif. Gov. Brown Signs Legislation to Advance Clean Energy Transportation in California

Governor Edmund G. BrownSACRAMENTO, Calif. /California Newswire/ — Calif. Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. today announced that he has signed the following bills to encourage the use of alternative fuel vehicles and energy in California.

• AB 2405 by Assemblymember Robert Blumenfield (D-Van Nuys) – Vehicles: high-occupancy toll lanes.
• AB 2502 by Assemblymember Robert Blumenfield (D-Van Nuys) – Vehicles: conditional sale contracts.
• AB 2583 by Assemblymember Robert Blumenfield (D-Van Nuys) – Alternatively fueled vehicles: state fleet: public parking.
• SB 1128 by Senator Alex Padilla (D-Pacoima) – Energy: alternative energy financing.
