ORLANDO, Fla. — Renowned author, motivational speaker and organizational psychologist Dr. Trevicia Williams will empower women personally and professionally as she presents the fourth annual 360 Degree Women Conference & Expo in Orlando, Florida Saturday, March 21. With more than 400 women expected to participate, attendees will have opportunities to sharpen their leadership and change management skills, and, through the conference’s keynote: Highly Effective Women, learn to be more effective in their work and personal lives.

“Through education, women are better prepared to respond to work and life challenges. The news about Wall Street and Main Street shows that the time is now to equip and position self for success and the growing needs of working women demands energetic ways of helping them get ready,” says Dr. Trevicia Williams.

* Health education and information to help women live balanced lives
* Organizations: Improve the retention rate of best talent
* Enhance productivity: Become a more valuable employee

Work-life benefits research (www.wlb.com) show continued trends that professionals are declining promotions and even compensation in pursuit of work-life balance. As women pursue balance, having access to education and training that teaches them ways to improve their performance, and manage time and stress helps them create clearer boundaries across the multiple roles they have,” says Dr. Trevicia Williams.

The empowering one day get away is for this millennium’s conscientious woman and includes educational sessions with expert speakers presenting on topics spanning from effectiveness to careers, beauty, wellness, business and wealth management. There will also be a free expo with interactive seminars and exhibits designed to ignite women and give them what they need to move through today’s economy. Women can enjoy a business casual atmosphere while learning about products and services that make them look or perform better.

The 360 Degree Women Conference and Expo starts at 8:00 a.m. – Saturday March 21, 2009 at the Embassy Suite Hotel in Orlando Florida. For details, please contact Vanessa Taylor at 407-271-3755 or visit www.tmwoman.com.

  • Dr. Williams and other women who’ve identified the notion that success must be premised on some sort of balance, with an intact body-mind-soul balance inspired by the work to live mantra rather than our typical Western live to work method of living (or failing to) should be revered for their dedicated efforts to lead women to more fulfilling existences. These women are committed to helping the world by helping others to find their natural talent and soul calling, to live and breathe while succeeding and to provide young women and future generations an example of how to be human.

Thanks to Dr. Williams and all of the participants in the 360 degree women’s conferences.

    You are making a difference.
